So long story short, I have always been in love with the "Absolute Ring Chair" and always wanted it on my main character. in 2018-2019 when Chair Gachapon was around I managed to get it on my other character within the same account and the character is a lvl 8 with no other purpose than obtaining chairs from the chair gachapon. So as we all know there are events in MapleRoyals that gives you chairs, some unfortunantly are untradeable and stuck on that character permanently. However logically thinking about this, I can't see a negative impact on this transferable chairs idea. I mean the chair will still remain untradeable whether they make them transferable through characters through the storage keeper. I've spoken to staff within the past two years and they've said they'll look into it but no further update has been given and I think it would bring a relief to everyone to have their favorite chair that might be stuck on a different character to use it on their main character within that account.
