Make it more obvious the chat window is scrolled up

I don't know if this is beyond the current client, but I'd love for it to be more obvious when chat has been scrolled up and is therefore not showing the latest messages. With all the multiclienting we do, sometimes we can miss out on conversations/smegas (well at least it constantly happens to me...)

 

Two examples of how it can sometimes be extremely difficult to tell the chat has been scrolled up.

 

I'm going to assume it's closed because it's not possible...
