For any In-Game Character Name change requests, please make sure you ONLY provide your character names, and follow the format for that subforum. In the case of a problem related to RP purchase please provide your PayPal transaction number, and make sure to post the thread in the General RP Issues & Queries subforum.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What can I do with RP?
A: You get access to a unique set of cosmetic items, such as NX clothing, chairs, hairs, faces, mounts, pets, and a golden forum icon showing that you support the server. There is no Pay to Win aspect.

Q: Can items bought with RP be traded?
A: Items bought with RP are account locked, and cannot be moved outside of using the Cash Shop inventory.

Q: Where can I find the unique faces & hairstyles available for RP?
A: The NPC Big Headward can be found in the Free Market Entrance and Amherst.

Q: How much does a Character Name change cost?
A: Character Name change costs 20 RP.

Q: When are character name changes done?
A: They are done during the following server check where we handle them, usually within 15-30 days.

Q: Who can request a forum Name Change?
A: Players who have purchased RP at any point in time have the option to receive a one time forum name change for free, or in the case that your forum name falls under our Privacy Policy, if it contains your real name, or is the same as your accounts login ID, we will change it outside of the normal rules for forum name changes.
