I need to do HTPQ for genesis, Manon's Cry is a requirement to get into HT Cave. I've killed about eight manon's and nothing's dropped. The drop rate is supposed to be fairly high, not a full 100% but around 80%. I'm unable to get my skill until it drops. Not to mention, the people that need to do HTPQ with me need Manon's Cry also. So that makes three people (minimum) that need Manon's cry. I saw the other reports on this but I couldn't 'add-on' to them. So I had to make another report.
Not sure if this has been resolved and it's quite an old post, but if you're getting someone to kill Manon for you (seeing as it takes a while for a Bishop to do so), they also require to have the quest for collecting the transformation medicine active in order to get the Cry to drop.
