Not Bug Manon Cry still needed for Elixer Quest

On my SI mule, the quest for the Dragon Elixers still requires 1 Manon Cry instead of Manon kill.
If I forfeit the quest and re-try it, it still requires a Manon Cry.

Since this shouldn't be possible when there is nothing mentioning anything regarding Manon Cry in the Quest.wz I am certain you are using outdated files.
The text displayed there can't change itself.
