    I decided that it is a really annoying thing that all manons get killed by higher level people that only do it for books and nx and not for the job advancement.

    Hey, the secret spell scroll does not drop from either manon or griffey, the secret spell scroll can be found in the eos tower on the 44th floor.
    There should be a guy selling scrolls there and one of those should be the secret spell scroll.
