Hello, I've spent all day hunting Manon with help obviously for a chance to HTPQ and get Genesis. However, after a very long time and many Manon (8) they started dropping and I could not loot. This happened in two different instances. I made sure to do plenty of damage, first hit and last hit to the beast and I would continually get "You can't get anymore items.". I could loot other ETCs, nexon cards, skill books, etc. Finally after the 11th or so I could loot the Manon cry. I'm just putting it out there in case there is a bug at play. I will provide two different screenshots. Not the best SS because I didn't want to die. P.S. Yes I had the quest active and everything was fine. I guess it just wanted to randomly work after X amount of tries. Thanks.
It's a very well known issue: There's 2 versions of the same quest that both require a Manon Cry, what this means is that there's 2 versions of the item called Manon's Cry as well. If you as a lvl 120 bishop are on the first version of the quest and your friend is on the second version of the quest your friend will have to leave the map before Manon dies so it drops your version of Manon's Cry. If you don't do that it's pretty much always going to be your friend's version of the Manon's Cry and you won't be able to loot it as it's not the same item.
