maple is being delete itself while in game (formatted computer+no anti-virus is on )

for some reason, maple deletes itself (the application) even when in-game / computer goes to sleep,
All the windows security and real-time protection is Disabled and override by me from the registry so I have no reason to believe that its the windows defences cuz iv' disabled it.

It happens even while in-game!
the computer has no other ani-virus / such programmes since I reinstalled the windows + formated the entire computer.
please help! thanks in advance!
