I created a new character and when i spawned in Maple island there were no monsters in any of the maps.
Someone decided to leave there quest active thus causing a glitch where monsters do not spawn. Just a word of advice from someone who has been playing this server for a little over two months remove all of your active quest so you do not glitch a channel.
