Hello MapleRoyalers, After grinding many hours from leeching, I bought a Maple Party Hat to celebrate MapleRoyal's 4th anniversary from the NPC Gaga's Anniversary Candle shop. It's a permanent cash shop item, least it doesn't say that it isn't if you hover your mouse cursor over it. I log out for the night and come back on the next day, only to find out that I don't have the hat equipped anymore and can't find it within my inventory or cash shop. It's gone. While there are other more important things to worry about fixing here on MapleRoyals (the random disconnects, free market shops, etc.) I do think it's baloney to have a prize reward that you earn - either through many hours of monster grinding or paying roughly 150mil mesos - from the Anniversary Candle store that completely expires if and when you log out. Thank you. P.S. This issue was addressed on May 19th, 2017 by another user here. However, it hasn't been addressed and still persists to be an issue to this day, as of June 7th, 2017.
