IGN: vickdagina Problem: scrolled magatt maple shield and its missing after logging back in Details : I had 2 mapleshields with +2 30% magatt hit on both of them. I took a chance and hit another 30% magatt on both of the shields. So I should have 2 +3 mapleshields in my inventory. but after logging back in 1 day later I only have 1 shield with +3 on it. And i swear I didnt boom or drop the other one so was wondering if you can help see what happened to it or the logs. Please it is a really expensive item. I have screenshots of both. This is the first one . This is the second one and this is the missing one clearly 2 different shields but only the first one is left in my inventory. can you please check the logs and see what happened?

Estimated date time (UTC) 1st shield was 1/20 15:00~16:00utc (I have 1st shield in my inventory) 2nd shield was 1/21 13:00~15:00utc (missing shield) Missing shield was last seen right after I scrolled it +3 with 7 slots on 1/21 14:00~14:50ish utc. I clearly remember I was too scared to finish scrolling so I logged off right after I took a snipping tool screenshot to post on discord.

So just wondering if the admins are going to look into it. Its been almost 2 weeks now since last response from mod. Just honestly want to know what happened to the shield.
I have left the Staff but I can still talk about the "missing items" scenario Based on the Staff previous investigation of "missing items", usually only NX or RP items would 'disappear', but not for normal items Admins would need some time to confirm how did the normal items disappear, the previous investigated cases are due to either being accidentally sold away or dropped
I understand and thank you for your quick response Dave. 100% i never put it in a store to sell. The only possible outcome might be that I "accidently" dropped it but even that I highly doubt. Or that it really bugged and just disappeared because I logged out right after i scrolled it and that was during the time where it was after the update and it showed the " do you really want to quit" screen after clicking quit game. It didnt just quit right away like it did. But they fixed that in the recent patch. I hope you know what exactly im talking about.
We are not aware of any issues regarding non-cash items disappearing. The item must have disappeared by either; being destroyed through scrolling, being dropped, being traded, being sold to an NPC, or being sold through a merchant. We do not log every single action, therefore unfortunately we cannot tell you which one of those methods caused the loss of the item. We won't be able to refund you for the loss of the item.
