Maple weapons are they event items?

are maple weapons limited items: they can only be hunted during events like valentines, anniversary?
or they can be hunted at any time of the year?
i recently played mapleroyals and could not see any maple lama staff drop from horny or green mushroom
however 1 or 2 months ago i could still hunt them
the same for wild boars

 

Monsters do drop Maple Weapons despite it not being the anniversary. Keep trying.

 

Or u could just buy em from ppl , clean ones are pretty cheap
