MapleRoyals census?

Hi, I'm currently working on a census for Infinity, and I realized that it would be cool to release it to the rest of the community as well. Through this thread I want to gauge interest, and I also want to seek admin approval.

All responses and individual questions will be optional.

I will not release the link to the census publicly without admin consent.

I will keep personal information questions (eg age, location) to a minimum.

This would be loads easier if the admins would let you release the link publicly, aye all the way.

 

Could you give more details please? A census (as far as I'm aware, never filled one out myself) is more about the number of people in a home.

What is the intent of this? For pure statistical purposes? I'm not for or against it just yet, but I do want as many details as possible to be posted so both staff and players can read and comment.

This survey will be mostly for the sake of "interestingness"
Probably the only serious purposes it will serve are to evaluate the demographics and habits of people on this server. I think players will be interested to see the kinds of people that the playerbase is composed of.

It will answer some questions such as "what's the average age of people on this server?" and "What are the favorite and least favorite classes?"

 

I think this sounds like a fun idea, I'd be interested to see some opinionated questions about the server or maple in general, maybe on some of the more controversial topics that this community may have split opinions on? I haven't been in this server long so I don't have much of an idea of what the majority of the playerbase is like 8(

 

One of the questions is "Who is obligated to offer first, given that there is no posted price" (or something to that effect)

I might add a question on map selling, we'll see

After talking with the staff, I think this can be released for the public. I'm sure some of the results will be interesting for those interested in statistics
