*Repost here because last time posted in "Report Bug", sorry for the little mess! Hello, IGN: PorkyPig. Problem: Game crushed just before I could claim the Golden Leaf. Details: Just now I was at the Maple Hill, after paying 200 Sunshines. I have waited until the tree has fully grown so I can take the Golden Leaf, And just then the game crushed for me, just before I could take the leaf that would reach me. When I logged in again immediately after the crash, I didn't have the Golden Leaf and the 200 Sunshines are gone too. I'd like you to see it also if you have the means to. Can you please do something about this for me? After collecting 200 Sunshines and waiting for the tree to grow, I'd really like to have the Golden Leaf I ought to have... Thanks in advance.
I believe I remember reading that happening to other players, but it was extremely rare. We've tried looking into it and tried fixing it, but we don't know what's causing the issue. We can't even replicate it perfectly-- it's literally a freak accident. I'm not even sure if it's client related, because we can't replicate it. With that in mind, I don't believe we are refunding the Leafs or the sunshines, but I can ask in Staff chat to double check. Edit: It's been 4 ish hours since I posted this, and the conclusion we've come up is it's a random occurrence that we can't replicate so unfortunately we aren't refunding these
