MapleRoyals is definetly the best nostalgic maplestory server running.. and alot of maplers in here playing this server cause if his amazing feeling of nostalgia, where all were simple, fun, hard, and just amazing.. but there is a thing i find a little bit hurting the nostalgic gaming.. we all remember the days when we moved from ellinia to orbis, when we shipped to ludi, etc.. and we all remember this fun and stunning shipping when your'e waiting, seeing some balrogs.. hiding from them, and in a higher level fighting them.. that was fun! and there comes the option of: "Can't i go faster?" you only pay 50k and you're there.. i wish this option didn't exist.. are you agree with me? let's hear your opinions ppl <3
I like your idea, but I'd prefer to leave everything be. The last Slime event often glitched people and would bring them to Perion after exiting Amoria. Think how much of a nuisance it would have been and how much time you would have wasted if you had to repeatedly ride a ship after. Besides, this server's population is no where comparable to Global's amount of players, and not everyone will be traveling to Orbis/wherever at the same time you are so it'd be rather tedious.
I'm in favor of having both options, for each boat ride. Orbis to ludi, ellinia to orbis, etc. I like the boat rides when I want to go afk and do something for like 10 minutes or so (like get something to eat, etc) but I like instant travel too.
Well, i have to admit, you guys convinced me.. let's leave everything be.. it's cool anyway just had to say i miss those travelings from the very old GMS
I completely feel the same way, for some reason the one I miss the most is the subway to nlc. I don't know why but I always enjoyed sitting around in that one. Though Instant Travel FTW
I loved the boat rides in GMS, maybe we could increase the price of instant travel as a money sink starting from a certain level?
