Hello Community, I've been playing Mapleroyals since yesterday and the game is crashing for me sometimes and after the crash my mouse keeps moving by itself for a few seconds like I have a trojan or something. Also I have sometimes no connection after I selected my character. I already tried disabling my firewall and uninstalling my antivirus (Norton), it became a little better but I still get this connection issue sometimes. I know mapleroyals is a false positive but I still get weird stuff like the mouse moving by itself after the crash. Do you guys know how I can fix the crash and connection issue its getting a little annoying now. And no I wether have a trojan nor is my mouse doing this problem its only happening with mapleroyals.
That sounds like a weird problem. I suggest you uninstall mapleroyals completely and after that scan your computers for any viruses and redownload to setup and install again. Can you be more specific, any error message when you crash? Have you made sure microsoft defender isn't active?
Since I uninstalled Norton I dont get the mouse moving by itself thing anymore and I made extra settings in my Firewall for mapleroyals now I dont get the connection issue after selecting my character anymore. The only thing that sometimes happens is random crashes I actually caught one error on picture that I can show here. I also reinstalled mapleroyals and made an exception for mapleroyals on my new antivirus Software. Windows Defender is not activated so thats not the problem.
Your files are not accurate if you dc with that error message. Make sure you are not using another servers files, and download the entire setup and install it to a clean folder. That's assuming what you say is accurate with it being random.
