Hello My name is Rialsa and I currently play mapleroyals on my pc because I am having trouble getting the mac client to work. When I downloaded the client and attempted to unzip it, the file unzips and the mapleroyals icon appears, but when I try to open it, it says "MapleRoyals is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash." I need some help from someone who uses the mac client as soon as possible. Please and thank you Rialsa
I use the MAC client. Are you sure the extraction is okay and that your download completed and was not a corrupt download? Countless people use the MAC client without any issue.
I'm not sure how to tell if the download was corrupted or the extraction went from because i've redownloaded it 3 times this week and attempted to extract it and every time this same occurrence has happened. I do not have an anti-virus and i just recently switched from Mac from PC and i've asked several people of they had to change their security settings on their mac to extract it and they have said no. I'm also curious if there are any bugs with people trying to play mapleroyals on the os mavericks because there is one user who uses snow leopard and it seems to work just fine
I as well. Once it is downloaded, all you need to do is extract the MapleRoyals.zip file, and then double click the icon that is extracted from the ZIP file. That is it!
