MapleRoyals site unable to be displayed + cannot start game

    Hi,

    For long periods of time (days), I can't access the MapleRoyals site and it loads with an error "Unable to access website". Also, during these times when I'm unable to access the website, I am also unable to start the game and I get the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error.

    Could you please assist?

    Does this only happen when you are at home?
    Have you tried on any other computer?

    Not just my computer, but I can't access the website on other computers either. And I haven't heard of any notifications of like server maintenance or news that the website is down.
