Hi all. I have big problem with maple. I had antivirus avast and all time he is deleting instalation file. I had good idea and instal AVG, but the problem all time is available. I instal mapleroyals but i can't run a game... I am form Poland and have polish win 7 / 64 bites. any solution? plis help!
Most antivirus programs gives false warnings, you need to either disable avast or make an exception for the client to run without it getting deleted. You can either install the setup again or download the mapleroyals.exe from here http://royals.ms/forum/threads/are-you-looking-for-a-client.31319/
I read a most of this problem on forum and in this file my antivirus see problem too... I dont know what is wrong wiith my CPU ;/
As I said most antivirus programs do that and I also gave you the solution. No idea why you bring up a cpu problem in this, as that is very unrelated.
the mapleroyals.exe from http://royals.ms/forum/threads/are-you-looking-for-a-client.31319/ had virus too. Sorry for my english. I know it is bad. I dont know that disable antivirus is a good solution.
No the client is not bad, it's a false positive, your antivirus thinks it's a virus because it uses some common search pattern, and the client show signs off being a virus but it's not a virus. The MapleRoyals.exe is perfectly safe.
I've got the same problem since yesterday's new files. However, when I put the "infected" file in the exception list, another "infected" file pops up and I still can't open. I've been putting over 15 files in the exception list, but no success so far. Putting the .exe file in the exception list doesn't help either.
The setup does not contain any viruses, it's known as said that they give out false positives. You could uninstall the game, run a virus search and see if you have anything infected on your computer, but the setup from our website is safe.
I know it is safe, but I don't know how to fix the client. My AVG blocks it everytime I launch and putting in in the exception list doesn't seem to work since AVG just finds another file to block. I have tried disabling AVG completely, but it still blocks the files somehow. I'm not a techy guy and I have no clue on how to fix it as of now.
Yes. I currently made exceptions for the .exe file and the complete folder. However, AVG keeps putting sxe----.tmp files in the quarantaine. I tried putting all sxe----.tmp files in the exception list too, but it seems like new ones keep appearing.
Yeah I have absolutely no clue how I am supposed to fix this. I keep reinstalling and making exceptions, but it keeps finding things to block.
Can't you disable it first install it and make an exception while the antivirus is disabled? I don't use it so don't know, I really dislike antivirus programs that cause false issues.
