"Got a KS-er who refuses to stop killing your mobs? Politely ask them to leave (more than once, if necessary), use ~mapowner to show it's your map and ~servertime more than once to give an idea of how long they were ks-ing you for. (Sometimes if you don't get a reply from that person, it's hard to prove that they didn't just leave within 30 seconds of arriving there.)" ~Administrator Katsuruka

Rule # 5 of Game Terms and Conditions:"Engage in rude, unlawful, harassing, vulgar, obscene, hateful, threatening, abusive or otherwise objectionable behavior, including, without limitation, looting, kill stealing, making sexual comments; Punishment: 1st offence - 3 day ban, 2nd offence - 7 day ban, 3rd offence - permanent ban"

Regarding ~mapowner, the person who owns the map with this command has the RIGHT to grind free from killstealing OR sharing the map with another person if that person does not wish so am I correct. If a person continues to do this even after multiple attempts/explanations of the rule and this command is bannable is that correct? Is there a time frame from which the person has to leave? If not, could I suggest doing so with the command ~server time? Like 1 or 2 minutes after someone has asked you to leave?

Of course, I am not doing asking this to be a dick and would rather people be civil in their interactions, but let's face it, there will always be those who are dicks. Sometimes I feel that I need a solid rule to point to because I got into an argument today with a guy ksing my mobs and saying that he doesn't care if he's killing my mobs, and I felt powerless to do anything about it. He says that he was here before and just came back, even though it says that I own the map. I wasn't sure how long I was there, but all I really want to know is ~mapowner is absolute right?

I apologize in advance and this thread can be closed or deleted if this was clarified somewhere else such as http://royals.ms/forum/threads/clarification-on-mapowner-rules.29644/ I have searched for other posts, but the only GM responses did not seem resolute as to quote and is not readily accessible if someone does not search for it. I just want to be clear. Thanks guys

You are correct with your interpretation and no there is no time frame but we expect it to be within reason.
