Not entirely sure if this is how the skill is supposed to work but... Knuckle Booster does not have any effect when you're transformed. Attack speed when I'm in transformed is noticeably slower than when I'm out of transformation with booster applied. Edit: Sorry sloppy post, Brawler backspin blow does not stun monsters.
I've also noticed that I attack slower while in Transform, but booster does seem to actually affect it. Maybe Maple sets a base attack speed when transformed (because normally you can only use 3 skills max when transformed, it wouldn't surprise me). However, if that was the case and it was fixed, Shockwave may need to have its attack speed lowered to compensate.
