Not Bug Mark of Heroism it not in my inventory?

    As you can see from the screenshot attached below, I've completed the quest "The Mark of Heroism" and did not receive the following item, "The Mark of Heroism" in my ETC. inventory. I've made sure to make space in every inventories to receive the following item, but it failed. Any fix on this would be very much appreciated.


    EDIT: Nvm, sorry for the misleading post.
