Spouse chat doesn't work regardless. And I suppose she means you have a pink heart in your character info, while she does not.
This glitch also happened to me. Did you disconnect during the ceremony? My boyfriend disconnected, and it resulted in me being married, but not him. We were unable to repeat the ceremony, because I was registered as married in the database, and he was not. If you didn't, you have to continue to click on High Priest John until the message says you are married; sometime's it takes a couple of tries (Or until he takes the Officiator's permission, if you were the one who did the Mom and Dad quest). If you allow the timer to run out before you were to complete that, you will be registered as unmarried, while your partner is married to you. Unfortunately, you will not be able to APQ. You will have to be patient until one of the Administrators or a GM with database access can register you as married to your partner. Once this is done, make sure to report back whether you have the heart in your profile or not. The heart confirms your registrations as married to your partner. Spouse chat currently doesn't work, though. Nor do the ring animations.
Fixed it luv. When you get on you should be able to see the pink heart. However like amy said, spouse chat doesn't work. Rings too. Please post so that I can be updated. tyvm <3
Thanks Christine! Amy, none of us disconnected. I was the only one without the heart around my character. We did try to go in again, a day after our wedding. But the priest didn't let us. Well now it's fixed. Thanks, Llloyd, Christine, and Amy.
