IGN: yillea/Krystal/I1874I/mango3/Meriim/QvvQ Problem: Mass Crash in HT Details: mass crash in HT. 6~7mins before server check, both clients of Krystal and Meriim crashed at the same time when we killed Head B (both players in Canada, probably a regional issue). Their clients rarely crashed just fyi. We have more screenshots if needed. We are pretty sure that we can finish it before server check if their clients didn't crash. May we ask for a rewarp after server check? If no, can we at least get a refund? Please let us know. Much appreciated.
No trace of server instability was detected right before said server check. Consumables used during boss runs are not something we offer refunds for. Sorry!
