I was Aeon MS player, but server is going to shutdown in 4 days. So my guild and I decided to try Mapleroyals, but when I try to login to my new account, I keep being disconnected. I posed a thread about this is technical help, but after I told my guildmates, they said I might be banned. I am not sure why I am banned since this is my first time playing Mapleroyals. Again I am not sure if I am banned or its just some computer settings I need to change to play Mapleroyals. Thank you

 

where did you get your device from?

 

A friend built it for me, he builds computers as a side hustle. Is it something to do with my computer settings?
