If you guys are voting from two separate sources of internet aka your home wifi and your brother's phone 3G connection, your IP will not be shown as the same.
Yeh but the Wifi they play on shows the same ip so that will be 16k on 1 ip adres so it will be considered vote abuse. Thats why he is saying it
Well since it's two different people it's not vote abuse. That's why he's letting them know, so he and his brother aren't mistakenly banned.
