    Hello, well today i was training in Ws room...and i reach to lvl 75, and i was happy cause i can get leech in that lvl....well then i decide to buy some items in FM, i bought 3 shield for att30% - 3 maple shields clean - dummy scrolls ( scroll for boots for speed 10%) and i changed to chanel 6 ...for my surprise i teleported to the ws room again, and i thought '' well i dont care ill scroll my shields here '' i check my inventory...and no scrolls.....no shields.....no dummy scrolls.....no mesos....i was confused so i was asking for help with ~gm.....and moments later my litle sister told me... ''Look you still lvl 74'' thats why im desesperate cause i lost my money...items....and exp ~f18 Please help me T.T ---- there is a SS , sorry for my english im from Spain ~f8

    Rollbacks are very rare, and only happen under two circumstances; A server crash, or the users internet connection experiencing major packet loss. The former of which did not happen. We do not compensate for rollbacks as the affected player usually does not lose extreme amounts of progress and trying to fix such issues takes up a LOT of time. And if we were to compensate for one person, we would need to do it for everyone who experiences rollbacks. In your case, one level was lost, and you would have had the mesos you spent returned.

    Gm matt, can you logg in and come with me....that bugg is still ON ME....and trying to move items....and then i change chanel...and all items come back to the last position...please

    Have you tried relogging or rebooting your computer and router? If you have done that and you are still having problems, open cmd.exe and type "ping royals.ms -t" and wait 5 minutes > press ctrl + c, Right click > Mark > highlight everything you see > press enter > paste the information here. Thanks.

    k, i restarted my pc..router...relogging...doesnt work.. :/ so ill do the other way...is complicate for me...cause i dont know much about computers...

    Ok, I'm still not entirely sure what the problem was, And regarding the command you forgot to do a space between ping and royals.ms. Anyway, glad it's fixed...
