Heya When im duo clienting not all the megaphones messages are coming through in both clients. Not only from other players, but also from myself. See the screenshot i added, server time is the same in both clients.
Check if you have SMEGAS disabled; I only have my Gacha client disabled to avoid seeing messages from Gacha news. try alt + 126 = ~setting megaphones enableall
it's the map itself, happyville blocks regular smega for some reason I pretty sure it's known for years
The first time i noticed this was indeed when one of my chars was killing the snowman. I used a megaphone on the other to ask for help en didn't see it come through neither! Even my own megaphone was not visible, but people responded! So happyville keeps the ville happy by blocking news! Good way!
