    Looks like the account with the IGN Meto has been banned for a PayPal Chargeback back from November 2020. Since Matt is the only one who can assist with PayPal chargebacks, I will let him know of your situation.

    Every other IGN you provide above is not banned on our end. Can you connect to the rest of those?
