IGN: truuuxuxux Problem: older account, made around 2018, missing character(s) Details: hello, i'm not sure how else to explain this issue besides a missing character, or character(s). i remember playing this private server a few years back, and making a mage or warrior? can't remember specifically unfortunately, but i made it to a point with my character where i was training in ludi around the time i stopped playing. i wanted to come back again, but after logging into my old account and launching the game, the only character i have... is a level 1 beginner, 4 to all stats. i thought i may have made multiple accounts, but when i checked the email i used for this account, searching for anything "mapleroyals" related, and saw that in 2018, i purchased royalpoints to this account, specifically $10 worth which with tax came out to $13.71. i bought rp, its no longer in my account, but the only thing remaining is a level 1 character. how could i have used up the rp with a level 1 naked character not even out of the starting area yet? i'm not sure if something happened to my account because of my inactivity, or something else im unaware of but would really like my character back... i'm not sure if theres any way an admin can look through my account's history, maybe i deleted that character? but why would i, and leave a level 1? its just weird haha i apologize for the long winded issue, any help would be appreciated. i can provide pictures of the paypal receipt if needed.
