IGN: osceno, consano Problem: Missing multiple items Details: I haven't played MapleRoyals amidst the new source changes, since around July of 2017. Recently I went back into it to find multiple items on both of my characters missing. Of course, it's entirely possible that I might have been hacked, but there were a lot of other untradable and random Use items that were also missing so it seems strange. Here are a list of items that I remember having, alongside pictures: - Christmas Fur Snow Lump - Various Christmas and Halloween event equipment, including that Halloween umbrella - 1x Crystal Ilbis - 5 White Scrolls - Various gacha items, most notably scrolls - 207mil in mesos (as shown in pictures) Of course I'd like my items back if possible, but I'd understand if I simply got hacked. My account shouldn't have had logged on in a long while, so perhaps you could check that?
Your account was most likely hacked due to poor account security. Please note that hacked accounts are not subject to refunds as there have not been database breaches from our end resulting in hackings in the distant past. Set a strong PIN/PIC when you log in next and change your password from the homepage portalwhen the control panel is back up to ensure your characters cannot be accessed by others again.
