Missing Event NPC (Gaga) in El Nath – Server Anniversary Issue?

    I'm not sure if it's a mistake or designed this way,
    but El Nath, being one of the main cities, should also have access to the server anniversary event.
    Gaga, the NPC who gives access to the event map, isn't in El Nath.

    I would like to add NLC too
    Or, I would also suggest to just have an NPC in fm or Lounge
