Missing Hair?

Hey, there's a hair I had hoped would be available once female donator hairs were released since it was among male donator hairs.



I know that Twinkle Hair is available for guys in the donator npc, and BannedStory said it was a female hair as well.
If BannedStory was wrong or something for the hair item above, then was something wrong with its female (I'm guessing) counterpart (below) that led it to not be implemented for females as well?

A similar note:

I don't remember the name but in the male hair list there is this one with cat ears that I am 100% sure is supposed to be female.

 

Is this the one you're talking about? Sweet Kitty Hair? Because the announcement of it being added is on the Nexon site and it is listed as a male hairstyle.

 

My bad -- I've played several servers that had it set to female. They clearly were the mistaken ones

 

Uhm if we're already talking about female missing hair ~ I can't find Cygnus hair in there... It's ID is 34940

 

So can somebody answer my question about what's up with female twinkle hair (second picture)?
