IGN: helloooitsme Problem: Item poofed Haven't been playing much, but all I've been doing recently was killing luster pixies to skanda hunt, get orbis etc, and envelopes. I managed to find a few skandas, and scrolled them. On one skanda I used six claw for attk 60%'s to make it 49atk, and today I scrolled another and landed like four claw atk 30%'s and two claw atk 60%'s to make a 60 wa skanda. A couple minutes ago I went to transfer my orbis etc. and my NX equips to my noob mage character (ign is either heyoooitsme heyoitsme heyooitsme or smth like that) so that he could do exchange quest and look a bit sexier while I grinded mobs with him. I dropped all my etc and NX equips from helloooitsme including the skanda by accident. After realizing this and that my NX weapon couldn't be equipped over a wand, I dropped those two back to helloooitsme, and upon picking them up, I realized the skanda had evaporated into the code of mapleroyals. Literally gone. I npc'ed not too long before that, but I know for sure that I did not npc my skanda. Idk if it will be much help, but I took a snap of the skanda after I scrolled it (excuse the profanity). As a fairly new player this was one of my greatest assets on royals, so I was pooped when this happened. Thanks for your help!!
Hello there, Unfortunately since there's no way for us to verify this, we won't be able to refund the item. To avoid this problem in the future, please drop NX and regular items separately as dropping them together may result in some items disappearing.
Is there no way to check my character's history or a backlog of what items he had? :O I was really banking on getting this refunded so that I could level faster
