missing item (Ghost Ship Chair) from inventory.. i got the chair 2 weeks ago from those pumpkin boxes (Event). i look for it today in my small chair collection and in my mules and alt accounts, can't find it anywhere! *was there timer on those chairs? or the chair just disappear from bug or something?? first time something like this happened to me, i usually VERY organized and know where everything is.. Edited note: there's a talk about rollback after server crash (15/11/2017), tho i don't see how a rollback should effect me here, i had this chair for more then 14 days and as far as i know only this one chair disappear from inventory.
Hey there, Since items do not simply disappear, we cannot offer a refund as this could have been a result of player error or the rollback, which was not refunded for anyone with no exceptions. I do not see any signs of a hacker accessing that account either. As a future reference, please fill out the appropriate form when posting support threads. Apologies for the inconvenience.
