IGN: malapotato/floryn Problem: My clear chair is missing from my inventory Details: Hello! I will try to explain my situation as clearly as possible. As a chair lover myself, I am very certain of what chairs I have with me. I only have a main bishop (malapotato) & a new bucc (floryn) that I always log into. The rest of my accounts are storage mules, which I log into only when I need. I was still sitting on my clear chair on 21/10/2022 in channel 10 free market but I just realized that it's no longer in my inventory. A few possible scenarios which I (kinda) ruled out as impossible: 1) Sold off the item in shop (I will never sell my clear chair because it's a gift from my close friend & I sit on it (99% of the time with malapotato) almost everyday. I didn't get any messo increment the past few days because I was not in Singapore/lost my fm spot + I am very certain of what I'm selling in my shop. Never once have I ever put my clear chair into my shop and put it up for sale.) 2) Kept in storage (Checked through all my storage) 3) Kept in other accounts (I only play malapotato and floryn, I don't have any other active character. I only dress up & keep all nice looking chairs in both of the account mentioned) 4) Traded with someone else (Impossible, because I never once borrowed my clear chair to anyone because it's a gift from my close friend so I cherish it a lot.) 5) Dropped it by accident (Quite impossible too, I usually play my account in full screen mode so if I dropped the chair by accident, I should see it. Otherwise, I believe that my friends sitting around me in cc10 fm will notice too) I looked through all my accounts + relogged to triple check already. Please help thank you!! Update: Saw Becca saying in forum chat to check ~buyback. I did try that too but there's nothing. Furthermore, my malapotato is usually AFK in free market. I don't have much to sell to npc either. Most of my items in malapotato are things that I want/items that I will only sell in shop. Even if I npc my items, I usually only click on my Equip tab to sell away random EQs dropped from monsters. I don't ever click on ''set-up'' tab when I am with the item seller npc.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund in this case. I and others investigate these situations seriously and thoroughly, and we cannot replicate any regular item loss no matter what we try. It is likely that the chair was either dropped by accident, sold to a NPC, etc.
