Closed Missing Item To Become 3rd Job Mage

Problem: Item Expired (can't get it again)

Hello, ive recently hit lvl 70 and while in the process to become 3rd job, I went afk for a few hours to find out one of the items required to become 3rd job expired. Who can I contact or what can I do about this?

Edit: The item was gone when I came back from afk and when I scrolled up, it said the item expired in gray. I logged in and out cause I thought it was a bug so I don't have a screen shot of it.

Edit #2: I believe it's the item right before talking to the holy stone.

 

You're right, there is no item. I just was missing the black crystal. Lack of my own knowledge of the game. Sorry.
