IGN: Ousted Problem: Missing Items Details: I have recently logged in after... over a year I believe. Can't recall the exact duration, but I'm sure it has been quite awhile. Well, I logged in and my main characer is missing all of his equipped items. The cash items have been unequipped and all the gear are gone. Bishop, level 154. I don't believe i was hacked, since my use slot is still there. I also have some mesos, and my other storage characters still have the random junk stuff. Was there a data loss issue or server crash in the past year or something that might have caused this? any help would be nice.
Actually, now looking closer at my account... Is it possible I have been hacked? untradable items are still around (e.g. Zak Helm). Kinda depressing if that's the case. Left 7 mil for pity's sake?
Please check your storage, other mules, etc. Make sure that your stuff is actually gone and you haven't just simply misplaced it. (Check Fredrick in the FM too)
Also I want to jump in— if you have been hacked, we can’t refund anything it’s up to the players to secure your details. Another tip is, if you play on any other server— or any other game for that matter, try to avoid using the same account info. They can get breached and if you use the same info it’s highly likely you’ll get account sniped, as it’s happened before.
@Gert Thanks for coming back so quick! Yes I did a quick check. I have one HB mule on a different account, nothing there. Untouched. Nothing in storage. Other characters dont have them either. @Becca. Yeah saw on the other threads that that will be the case. It could be possible, but at the same time kinda weird that it wasnt completely raided. Guess I'm not majorly bummed out since I haven't touched the game since 2018 (I think, last post on forum was back in 2018). Was just looking to muck about with my old buddies. Thanks for the help so far, and whatever else you guys gonna be doing!
