Hi I started using the Mushroom Shrine Gachapon with a 35 ticket bundle, was about 10 tickets in when the server went down.. After logging back in all the items I won had disappeared, I remember a Chaos scroll and an elemental wand being one of them. This was yesterday on the 17th May. It was about 2mins before when the server went down when I started using the coupons. IGN: makeouthill9. Please fix.
Have you checked to see if you still have the 35 ticket bundle? maybe it's back in cash shop storage? Or did you just the remaining tickets left?
Yes theres nothing there. I used the remaining 10 tickets but I would still like something done about the key items I lost.
