Would it be possible to maybe make an NPC where we can buy quest items that currently do not drop from mobs? for example: I'd really like to finish the goblin quest in Korean Folk town, but apparently the steel hoe doesn't drop from blins, so I can't. Thre are other quests taht can't be completed, simply because a certain item does not drop from mobs. An NPC where we could buy those items would make a good (temporary) fix for this problem. (Because I think adding all the drops to the specified mobs would be more work?) This couldn't be abused, seeing as you'd still have to complete the remaining parts of the quest in order for those items to be of any use. Thanks for reading!
I do not think that would be the ideal solution. Instead, if you could make a post in the Bug Report board informing us what the mob is not dropping, we can add it into the drop list.
