    Problem: Missing Item
    Details: I lost my RP santa overall after we moved to new source. I don't remember the exact name of it and I tried finding it in the cash shop but it's not there.

    The Santa Costume was removed from the Donor section when we moved to the new source, everyone who owned that item had it deleted and received 8 RP back.
    It all happened automatically so you should most definitely have been refunded since others were.
