Sorry, it's that they weren't beginners & you were. Apparently there isn't anything we can do to fix your account at the moment since you lost out on points being a beginner. Basically there is currently no support to fix it.

Currently it's not supported to have the NPC's retroactively give out SP if you stay as a beginner past level 30, only time this can be done right now is when you job advance from a Beginner before 30. We have briefly talked about it, and are more likely to fix it, but since it requires additional support I can't say how much time this will take, usually we avoid giving refunds while the issue is still there. I will however open your thread at least.
