IGN: Nyssi Problem: Missing Stage 2 Zak Prequest item. Details: I went to turn in the 30 gold teeth to finish the Zakum prequests in order to get the Eye of Fire. The NPC told me I didn't have the materials needed and when I checked my inventory, all I had was Fire Ore and 30 gold teeth. There was no Breath of Lava. Thought maybe I didn't click the NPC to finish stage 2, but it says I've already completed stage 2. I can't get into the portal to do Zakum because it won't let me finish stage 3 without the Breath of Lava. I do not know if I glitched when I finished the JQ or not but I don't remember seeing it in the inventory at all. On June 6th 2022 I finished Stage 2 of the ZJQ between 2:00PM - 2:15PM EST (server time would have been 6-6:15pm)
Sorry for the late response. Do you still have this issue? I've investigated a bit. I cannot replicate losing the Breath of Lava in any way. It seems that you may have dropped it, in which case we cannot issue a refund. If you are not able to enter Stage 2, try completing Stage 1 again, then you should be able to enter Stage 2 and complete it again. The NPC may state that you will not be able to claim the reward at the end of Stage 2, but rest assured that is not the case (to the extend I have verified.) Let us know how it turns out.
