Fixed Mo NPC does't give a correct amount of arrows

    Please help fix this, as marksmans have no other ways to buy +4 atk arrows now. (In the old source, the NPC in Showa used to sell blue arrows for crossbow.)

    Mobs all across showa should drop arrows I thought? Plus dont you only need one arrow with soul arrow?

    Only Extra C drops blue arrow I think. Also I think soul arrow hits at +0 atk (despite what the range shows) but I might be mistaken.
