The monsterbook is outdated for some of the monster locations as it seems long time ago they were repositioned somewhere else. For example, iron hogs (lvl 42) shown to be available only in two maps: the burnt land 3 & 4, (not sure this is even true, and no mention of pig park) Jr. wraiths only shown to be available in 4 kerning subway maps and no mention of crimsonwood, etc... I'd strongly suggest to update the locations and even turn it into a community project as this aspect of the game was neglected for years.
