Moderate Mortal Blow in Balloon PQ

    Hello

    Balloon PQ patches notes from Karven stated that Mortal Blow should be working now.

    Just did a Balloon PQ and MB was still missing the mobs :)

    Working on a fix again, issue is still there because although we enabled Mortal Blow, the mobs are set to be affected by regular attack only still. Will require new files, but will be an optional download to those who want this fix when it's ready.
