There's plenty of detail in the picture itself. The guy is obviously from the same guild as me, online, but he is not online on the list. After reading my reply I feel like an asshole. I didn't mean it that way I promise.
Exactly, if you look at the screenshot, there is a warrior (Nubblets) next to him with the guild "polaris", yet he doesn't appear to be online in his guild box. (which he should do, since they are in the same guild). The thing that confused me at first, was his use of the word "assassin", because I was looking for a character with the job "assassin", but i'm assuming he is referring to Nubblets as an "assassin" since he doesn't appear in the guild box.
From what I can tell, throughout the jokes, it looks like the guy standing next to him is a guild member but not showing up in the online guild list.
Was he in the process of lagging out and dc-ing? And seriously, when reporting a bug, it's better to just be clear about what the issue is and then we can get down to trying to figure out what's wrong rather than trying to figure out what the post's about.
