Closed Mousekeys for Meso Explosion.

    Problem: Not really a character issue, just didn't really know what topic to place it in.
    Details: Using Mousekey features on windows and Rebinding paste command to one keybind for Meso explosion. Saw in Marty Shadower guide it was okay but just wanted to make sure, it complies with T & C.

    You're free to rebind keys in that manner.

    Only when one action registers multiple outputs will there be a violation of the T&Cs; for example, one scroll of the mouse wheel registering multiple clicks. This would grant players an unfair advantage since it is no longer a 1:1 action.
