So I have been leveling with 120 int from gear and 180 from base int. Every level I put in 5 MP, and took out mp, and put in dex. But how do I know when to stop putting in dex and start putting in HP? I'm at 11k hp now at level 126
Sorry for the late reply. I'm assuming that you're a BM: all archers can convert MP into HP whenever they'd like, without needing fresh AP. As long as there is at least one AP added into either MP or HP, the AP reset will allow you to transfer 1 AP from MP (12MP) into HP (16-20HP). This has no advantage or disadvantage over traditional HP washing for archers. If you were a NL, though, HP washing with fresh HP would grant 20-24HP, which is 4HP more than with reset AP. (Regardless, any NL with more than 49 base INT would gain more HP/lvlup AP by using those AP to MP wash. I would only resort to traditional HP washing after I had reset my base INT back to 4.) What this means is that you should always use fresh level-up AP for MP washing. In your specific case: 300 total INT = 31 washable MP gained/level before MP washing 180 base INT = 85 additional MP gained through MP washing 116MP --> 174HP gained through washing alone =196 HP gained per level Between your current level and lv155, you will gain, on average, 5684 HP. That's quite a bit... I'm more than a little bit jealous. tl;dr Don't use fresh AP to HP wash, use it to MP wash. You should HP wash by resetting MP directly to HP, which you can do as long as there is at least 1 AP in either HP or MP. This applies to all bowmen with 20+ INT, and all thieves with 50+ INT. Ideally you should have a lot more base INT than that, though, because at those minimum values, you're paying 9m just to gain 1 MP!
