Mrs. Ming Ming where art thou?

    I am doing low level quest but I cant seem to find Mrs. Ming Ming in henesys. There is a yellow circle on the upper right map where she is usually found but the npc is nowhere to found. Is it bugged?

    this npc is bugged for specific channels.
